Treatment

Well today I started   another treatment to get rid  of this relapse that lingered for over a week. Well I did go see my neurologist ,Dr Lapierre and he confirmed it.  Mentioned that from Februarty 4 th 2011 to this visit was really bad. he did not like what he had seen. He decided that he was not waiting     for me to get worst. I had my first treatment  at the Neuro    Day center .Lucky  I had convinced my husband to drive me.    The  look on his face   he had known that I was in  to really get rid of this relapse to get  back to be myself again.  The drug that I am  taking for 5 days, treatment is called  METHYLPREDNISOL  1 g known as  Steriods.  I had   the internevous  inserted  which took one hour. The rest will be done at the ClSC at the corner of my house. I keep it wrapped up the tube till the nurses inject the med. Till the vein  can stay in place for   all the meds to be administer to me. If not they will place  another intervenous tube, to complete the treatment.  I really am sad the a year  today I has just finished a similar treatment. Well I will cross my fingers that  5 days is enough to get rid of this intruder again.
